When you book a hotel, we may receive confirmation or status information from our hotel data suppliers (Amadeus, liteAPI, or the hotel directly) to confirm your reservation.
We do not purchase or receive personal data from data brokers.

4.1 Hotel Suppliers and Booking Platforms
To complete a booking, we transmit the necessary guest information (name, contact details, travel dates, and room selection) to the relevant hotel Supplier or global distribution system (such as Amadeus or liteAPI). This information is shared only as necessary to fulfill your booking.
4.2 Payment Processor
Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. We share with Stripe only the information needed to process your transaction (e.g., the transaction amount and booking reference). We do not transmit or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4.3 Infrastructure and Service Providers
We use the following sub-processors to operate the Service. Each is contractually bound to protect your data:

Note for EU/EEA users: HotelScope is not currently structured to serve EU/EEA residents and does not rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR transfer mechanisms at this time. If you are an EU/EEA resident and use the Service, you do so with the understanding that your data will be processed in the United States.
